Peter Casterella, MD

I met Dr. Casterella in the hospital and asked him to by my cardiologist. It was the best decision I made. He is an excellent physician who treats his patients like human beings. He is kind, present, and a wonderful person. Most importantly, he listens and trusts his patients.

There are doctors and then there are doctors. I remember as a kid the family doctor that made house calls and embraced your total health, 100%. They knew the family, and they participated in whole health. Today we all have to see too many doctors depending on their specialty. That’s not a criticism: just a reality. But Peter Casterella is a cardiologist who still embraces and cares about your whole health. His a refreshing example of what I remember as the family doc growing up. He is considerate and mindful of the impact of general health on heart health. To quote him, “sometimes it takes a village” and kindly Dr Casterella is not afraid to be the village leader. He’s very busy, but he is worth the wait. This is a kind human being and I am very glad he is my cardiologist. I trust him completely.

Dr. Casterella has a great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, and provides a tremendous amount of support to his patients. I'm a patient for life!

Dr. Casterella is a person who truly cares about his patients as viable, valuable humans and does his best to preserve and enhance the lives of his patients. I truly believe he cares about all of his patients and respects them as deserving quality care for a quality life.
