Horrible bedside manner, RUDE discourteous office manager. Wanted to do surgery before even seeing me!! He's Fraud just wants to file claims on your insurance! Don't go!

I made an appointment as a new patient for Wednesday at 9:00am. Their website shows they see patients from 9-12 so I assumed I was the first patient of the day .I left work after telling my boss I was their first patient and shouldn't be gone very long. I arrived at 850am and there were about 10 people already there . I asked when I signed in and they said I'd be taken right back once they started rooming. Finally I was roomed in room 6 .I asked as I was being roomed and was told the Dr would be in in about 10-15 minutes. After waiting for 30 mimumini told them I had to reschedule that had I known they scheduled so many people at the exact same time I could have let my manager know. I am in the medical field as well and feel like I should have been told up front they schedule their patients like a herd if cattle . When I went to the front desk to get my refund the person that took my payment couldn't refund it .I had to wait another 10 minutes for the manager to come up front. This… was a horrible experience and they have no customer service at all. Noone apologized for the confusion or for not letting me know up front how they do their scheduling .I work in the lab with 2 other people and 1 called in sick today and I should never have left the other lab tech alone but I assumed I was the first patient . Customer service is so important in the medical field along with first impressions . needless to say I will be letting all our providers know how I was treated and hopefully they won't get many more referrals from my company. I know the 8 providers in my office won't because I've already spoken to them and they were shocked at the horrible customer service and the way they schedule patients without letting them know they're part of a herd an UId not an individual

Love the doctor, he is attentive and sweet, very personable. He did two hernia surgeries on me and was very caring and funny. He doesnt sugar coat anything:)

Had my gallbladder taken out and never had any problems after surgery. no complaints. Very informative.

Hernia surgery was successful. Years later still going strong.

After 1 year after my hernia surgery, I might be needing another surgery to fix the mesh that was not properly done by Grays. Still in a lot of pain!

To Dr. Peter Grays for being one of the most highly competent, genuinely compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. He truly goes over and beyond in the care and treatment of his patients, not only in physical care, but in encouraging them to remain optimistic and upbeat.

I personally liked this doctor. Generally though pleased patients don't post opinions. He knew within seconds what the problem was and explained why a Laprosopic Hernia Repair would be a bad idea for my situation. He instructed my family and I on proper after surgery care and things to keep in mind if I want to lessen the likelihood of my Hernia returning (which is a risk regardless of your doctor). My only complaints about this doctor are that his office is old, outdated and small, that he was over an hour late on the day of my surgery, however, I understand things happen and lastly his office charges $25 to fill out FMLA paperwork for their patients employers. Other than that I was overall pleased with my experience with this doctor, that being said, I hope to NEVER see him again. :-) One surgery was enough!
