The worst disrespectful surgery center ever head nurse after not allowing me to reschedule appointment due to not enough staff to accommodate my sedation that I made sure to schedule how they like to and the last 4 surgery center experience the same! The head nurse came in the last time in front of the dr trying to help me relax and prepare to shut my mouth and get in the room to have the painful procedure without sedation like I asked for these painful procedures due to be deathly afraid of needles have been my entire life and since my car accident in 2016 have had to have these procedures with no real end goal have been waiting 10 months for the prior authorization to get a si joint fusion and still no word yet have me monthly in these surgery center for these same painful procedures! And then telling me I couldn’t reschedule because I am not following the plan so I am able to have my surgery! While speaking with the dr stainer he said that he has a plan and that the head nurse… should have never spoke to me like that and then not calling my driver just sent me out in the thunder storm for 45 mins while I called my ride! The absolute worst compassion worst treatment ever experienced and then them turn around after insulting a battery which hurts and leads in my back to not get service! Worst pain clinic ever! Felt racism all the way

I love him, I was in so much pain, until he becamey.doctor. I could not stand,for long periods of time.I could not wash my dishes,I could not cook my own,food. I could not walk,for more then 10 mins. This provider alone,has saved my life,and I grateful. The pressure and pain that would build up in my lower back,hady.scrpple. but this provider changed all that. Thank you.

My experience was great! I felt that Dr. Schultz listened well and met me where I’m at. He was understanding and not dismissive of my struggles as other providers have been.
