My husband and myself have been patients of Dr. Barookim for 10 years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable physician we have ever met. He is never in a rush and takes time to listen to our concerns. He is thorough and understands our needs. He has performed Endoscopies as well as colonoscopies and many other tests for us. He has never left not one stone unturned. He has communicated with our other physicians about our conditions at a very expeditious manner. Would highly recommend him. He is the absolute greatest! He is truly a God send to us.

Acid reflux is something I've had to deal with for quite a few years. I finally decided to bite the bullet and see a gastroenterologist (GI doctor) about treatment options. Through friends at work, I was referred to a gastroenterologist Dr. Peyton Berookim. He recommended laproscopic surgery for my acid reflux. It's been over a year now since my procedure and I have no more acid reflux. If anyone is looking for a good gastroenterologist, I highly recommend Dr. Berookim.

I was diagnosed with IBS 10 years ago and even with various tests and more than 10 doctor/specialist visits no one could diagnose the source. I gave up until I heard about Dr. Berookim, after only 2 visits he found the source of my IBS (highly sensitive colon) and made simple dietary recommendations that have almost entirely eliminated the problem! What was so complicated no other gastroenterologist could figure out, Dr. Berookim figured out in a couple visits!

My visit to Dr. Berookim's was fantastic. He actually listened to what I had to say and did his best to work through my issues. He's officially the only gastroenteritis I'll see.
