I have taken excellent care of my diabetes for years and started to have random complications. We did a lot of trouble shooting and she kept passing me off to Medtronic reps to help diagnose my condition. But she is very impersoable and cold, and acted like it was all my fault even though I was going everything I could. She even though there were times I’d come into her office often for any guidance, and she told my insurance I was noncompliant thus denying me the pump I desperately needed.
