Dr. Pranay Gupta, MD

I signed up as a new patient to be seen for a Veterans Eye Exam. They scheduled the appointment and took my $50 copay. I waited an hour and a half past my appt time and when Dr Gupta came in, he gave me a quick eye exam (10 mins) and stated he does not do Veterans forms. He then explained that I did not have several of the items I was already diagnosed with from previous in depth tests. He then stated, he would fill out the forms but charge me $25 to do so. I will never go back there again. I wasted $75 plus what my Insurance will pay.

Great Staff and Great Doctor

His office manager is rude and dishonest. She steals from him and he doesn't know. She lies constantly and is nasty, smart, and rude to his patients. The office environment is nasty and unclean. Early morning visits with the doctor is uncomfortable being he doesn't smell fresh. They turn patients away that has no copay and referrals. They over charge the patients and then also bill the Insurance company. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to make appointments for this office.
