Pretty pleasant visit

When I first needed to see Dr. Pandya, I was given an appointment right away. She determined I needed to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy to find the root cause of my digestive issues and pain. I had the procedures done and was emailed my results and told to call to make an appointment to discuss treatment. I called the office several times and no one picked up. I finally had to email the main Wellstar email and ask someone to call me. When I did finally speak to someone, I could not get an appointment for over a month. This is absurd given a condition was found during my procedures and treatment was needed. I asked that a nurse call me so I could discuss how to manage until my appointment with over the counter meds or diet. No one called me and of course when I tried the office the phone just rang and rang. I will find another doctor to treat me.

Such a great experience. Dr. Preeti Pandya was very good and caring and also took all the time to go over my questions. I am satisfied with my breast augmentation surgery. I am so happy. Thank you Dr. Preeti Pandya.
