Thank you Dr.Timothy. My concerns were heard and a plan was made to go forward. I'm very happy with the care I received.

Super awkward bedside manner. Immediately on my very first intake appointment, this doctor made comments on my weight (had she asked I'd have disclosed that I was aware and already working on this, and stems from a pretty terrible family history. I've been overweight since I was 10.) Also spoke back to me what I had said to her through dictation software that wasn't working properly, which was weird to hear her opinions of me as she was entering it into the computer. Being just an intake appointment, I was willing to overlook the comments. However, now I am also facing over $500 in labs that I didn't know she requested and apparently aren't normally approved for establishing care appointments. I'm pretty disappointed in Ascension's whole customer service operation, from my first appointment to their whole phone/billing team.

After being told I wasnt being charged for a wasted dr visit I was informed I am indeed being charged was told it was because I asked for a work excuse and they used Google for me for a (referal) way to kick a guy while hes down thanks!

Will keep requesting appointments even when no new information has been found/new solution can be offered, 3 appointments before a referral to someone who can help. Also makes insensitive comments during examinations.

Wonderful first time experience with Dr Timothy. She really listened to me. I feel very comfortable with her as my doctor
