Dr. Rachel Click Wilson, MD

This is the best doctor EVER!!! She actually listens to her patients and spends good amount of time with them and she isn’t one who is in and out but she truly cares. All her staff is top notch!!!! I will never see any other doctor. Being transgender she sees me as the man I am and has never treated me any different and expects the same from her staff. She is the BEST!!!!! Tells me how it is but does it in a manner that is professional and respectful and again she listens to her patients!!!!!

I have yet to meet this doctor, since I had to wait 3 months to establish with her, which was okay with me because I wasn't really sick. However, I am currently experiencing a full-blown attack of acute pancreatitis, and I phoned this doctor's office to ask if it was possible for a shriveled, shrunken pancreas could still produce acute pancreatitis. The response given to me was that they couldn't answer that question because I was not yet an established patient. After I complained to US Healthcare, who contacted them and also dropped one of their stars, the office called me back, suddenly willing to answer my question. I asked if their sudden willingness to respond to my question had anything to do with their loss of 1 star in their rating, and they immediately hung up on me!

Very thorough, good listener and takes time with you. Compassionate about her job.
