Dr. Rachel Heather Quinby, MD

This doctor rushed in and out during my office visit. She did not take the time to listen to me. It was such a waste of time and money. I went to go see her for my acne and left so disappointed.

Dr. Quinby left me scared after an unnecessary mole shave. There are better, more caring dermatologists in the metroplex one can see, her bedside manner is quite bland, as well. Do not recommend.

Hmmm...where do I start? 1. I’m taken back to the room and ridiculed for not having them give me a flu shot (sorry but not injecting poison for a 3% success rate) 2. Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves and her assistant making fun of me for telling her that I was putting tea tree oil on the spot I was concerned about...it’s only worked for thousands of years but yaaaaa SCIENCE (eye roll) 3. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Rude is an understatement. 4. I have her remove a small mole above my eyebrow. When I take the bandage off the very next day, THE MOLE IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! I’m hit with a bill for hundreds of dollars for something that is still very much there. Hmmm...curious who’s mole she sent to get biopsied? 5. I call billing...explain I’m not paying for the mole removal or biopsy, but happy to pay for the visit. The lady is very kind and says she needs to speak with the office about how they want to proceed. They call me back WEEKS later and basically tell me to F off and that… the bill needs to be paid in full. So ya...maybe go to ANY other doctor and practice. I posted a pic that I just took where my mole is very much there. I am reporting the practice and the doctor. I hope it was worth it for them. She sucks in other words ????

I saw Dr. Quinby as a new patient. She was respectful and listened to my concerns. I will be returning to see her again!

Dr. Quimby was wonderful. She is extremely efficient & took her time doing a thorough exam. I was very pleased!!

I've been going to Dr. Quinby for a number of years now, and I couldn't be any more satisfied. On time, easy to reach with questions, very confident, with a well organized office staff. I've never left the office with anything less than a 100% positive experience.

Friendly and tothe point

I was a new patient. She was supposed to perform an annual skin cancer check but seemed annoyed at the ask. Told me to point out anything and she'll look at it vs a full body check (which I've had done multiple times at other dermatologists' offices). She rushed me and was rude the whole time. She was so cold that I literally almost asked if I had done something wrong or offensive. So strange.

She is very thorough just not as personable as you would think a skin doctore would be , but she does her job and we trust her

My first contact with the office was wonderful. Office staff knowledgable and friendly. It did not take long to get an appointment. The medical staff that pulled me back to a room was very thorough and went over exact cost of my visit. Dr. Quinby came in and explained to me that the lesion on my face was more than likely benign. She discussed my treatment options in detail. I chose to have a shave biopsy to remove it. The spot healed up nicely with no scarring. I would definitely recomment this office and Dr. Quinby.
