Horrible experience. When I entered the office, there was no one else in the waiting room. Yet, after I went into the exam room, I had to wait 30 minutes before the doctor came to see me. All that time, I could hear her having what sounded like a private conversation outside the room. When I complained about the wait time, instead of saying ``I'm sorry you had to wait so long,'' she said, ``That's just the way it is. There's nothing unusual about it.'' I responded by saying, ``Then I guess I'll have to find another doctor.'' And her response was, ``So do you want to leave now?'' The doctor needs a lesson in basic manners.

If I could give less than one star I would. The office has terrible communication-never picks up the phone nor returns calls after leaving messages. Made me pay hundreds of dollars even though they take my insurance. The doctor was atrocious as well, didn’t pay any attention to my complaints and failed to even examine my hands (which is what is bothering me). She hurried me and was obvious she did not care. I do not recommend this terrible place avoid it at all costs.

Not interested in treating the patient. Other Dr's have not recommended her, but there are very few Rheumatologists around. Should have listened. My wife's condition is worse due to her refusal to fill out forms for proper medication.
