The cardiologist was knowledgeable, professional, and inspired confidence. It was clear that he knows what he is doing, and I appreciated the care he provided.Unfortunately, my experience with his nurse was very different. She had no bedside manner and spoke in a rude, disrespectful tone. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when they may be anxious or vulnerable. I felt especially concerned for future patients who may not be able to advocate for themselves or speak up when they are treated this way.

Terrible experience. Staff very rude. Wait time and office area conditions horrible. The Doctor is an alarmist always suggesting worst case scenarios and then scheduling repeated return visits with no plan for improvement or recovery . Works in tandem referrals with other Doctors on same floor for related issues and it appears this style of “medicine” is reciprocal. He apparently thrives on getting patients from Alexandria hospital surgery events and then keeps them returning for years. The worst form of medical attention or practice I have ever experienced. Very disappointing at best!

Anyone who could have a problem with this office is beyond difficult. They have always gone out of their way to,assist me!

Office staff is rude. Wanted to see Dr Zaheer and they always pick up the phone with bad attitude, i dont think they ever heard of customer service before. A service professional knows how to deal with patients, but not these people. Went to the office and the nurse (or whatever she is) gives me attitude when i ask questions, the other one does not give me instructions as to what to do after she unplugs the EKG (should i stayed on this bed, should i put my sweater back on?). At the end when "I" asked them to pay my copay. To my surprise, they say i owe this ridiculous amount of money plus my copay. When i ask to see the breakdown of charges, this individual from finance shows me a bill over 3 months old (that i never received) and she threatens me to send me to collections if i dont pay... as if they had sent the bills to my address multiple times before (did i say, I never saw the bill before? when were they thinking of sending this to me?). Ridiculous people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
