Wait times in office horrible and they never listened to my concerns about my health.

The young lady at the front desk needs to be taught customer services skills. She has no care or concern for the fact that a new patient may be nervous, may not understand something or even willing to help. In addition, do NOT forget your co-pay - they will make you leave and come back, even though you are a regular patient and could collect it from you before they were to see you again. Again, customer services is horrible in this office. I had a surgical procedure done and was told the office would call to schedule a follow up appointment. That never happened. I found out 2 months later there were things found in my test results! Not happy at all with this office.

Dr. Singh was so kind to mean before, during, and after my surgery for colorectal cancer. I was newly diagnosed and scared. He was the only reason I felt like I may survive. It has been three years and I am doing great!!!! Thank you Dr. Singh
