Dr. Ralph Frank Santoro, MD

This Doc is amazing very good at what he does. But his staff memeber Cory she needs some help dealing with people and her manners are terrible very rude and unclassy.

I have been a patient of Ralph's for 4 years. I have a complicated cardiac history in addition to my other physical problems and Dr. Santoro always spends adequate time with me. He is easlily accessible.

Dr. Santoro demonstrates excellence in listening, knowledgable care, and compassion. His concern is real and accurate. He is collaborative with his patients, families and other health professionals. Healthcare needs more physicians like him! He is reminisce of what physicians were in the past.

For me, it's a privilege just to sit in the same room with this warm, intelligent man. I am 88 years old. I've known many doctors in my life. I appreciate his medical experience, his clear eyes and common sense - and his naturally kind manner.

Dr. Santoro is a very nice man. He has a terrific bedside manner and I always feel very comfortable with him. That being said, I feel like he is paid based on referrals. Nearly every time I go to see him with an issue, he refers me to someone else. This is very frustrating when you are short on time. I also find his staff appalling. I called last fall complaining of various symptoms and the gentleman who answered the phone said it was too late to see me, I was already too sick and there was nothing they could do(?!). He refused to even book me and referred me to the drug store for over-the-counter treatment. I ended up going to a walk-in clinic (and paying a mint for it!) only to find out a I had a sinus infection and early pneumonia! Good thing I didn't just trust my doctor's office. I'm currently looking for a new doctor.
