My sister posted a review of this location right after this long strand of hair was discovered in my dads bubble tea last night. Just now I have tried to call said location 7 times to notify them of what had happened and no response. I did write an inquiry to their US headquarters and hopefully will hear back from them soon. Would not recommend this location.

Missed the mark on patient experience everywhere possible. Can't provide receipts for insurance at time of payment. Promised to email later x 2. Never did. Don't have software available to view MRIs, so you have to keep track of a CD and deliver directly. Spent 5 min with the doctor, asked to take notes so I have info for later, was encouraged just to listen quickly? Can't remember any medical terms discussed. This appointment could have happened in 1990.

Has no idea what she is talking about and is condescending. I’m 22 and I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16. I didn’t have cysts several months ago after getting a pelvic ultrasound, had an US done for suspected pregnancy. She just found a cyst on my ovary and I mentioned that it wasn’t there before and that I have PCOS then scared me by saying it might be ectopic pregnancy but most likely a cyst. You can’t say to a patient that they might have a miscarriage if you aren’t even confirmed . I know cysts can come and go any time. She proceeds to laugh to my face then says PCOS— hence polycystic. Any lady with PCOS knows that it’s a hormonal imbalance issue. Cysts are a symptom of PCOS cause I had a completely Clean US before but high testosterone levels and other symptoms of PCOS.I thought it was completely Unprofessional and rude of her to laugh at my face.

This office is very unprofessional. I took my Dad here for a physical . Dr. Koca said she would be calling back with his blood work results and it’s been a month and still no call. I called today and the receptionist put me on hold and then told me her system was down. Also this office does not do video visits and it’s a pandemic .

Saddest buffet in my life. Went today for lunch, pay $6.99 plus $1.99 for the soda, to only get 4 slices of soggy pizzas, that's it. They didn't have anything else, pasta, dessert, appetizer, nothing as advertised. I spoke with the cashier and she apologized saying "it's all we have". Unbelievable .

Dr. Kolla misdiagnosed me and subsequently put me on a medication that my genetic testing said I had high risk to have an adverse reaction to. I had sought Dr. Ks care out because of my diminished quality of life due to depression, but my quality of life declined even further while on this medication. I understand medication has side effects (goodness knows I've experience a lot over the years), but if someone has to lie on the couch all day because they feel dizzy when they sit up, or they fall asleep for hours because of fatigue, it really doesn't make sense to keep them on a medication because their life is worse than before they were on it. Dr. K couldn't understand this, even when I brought a family member in to explain how poorly I was.

Unprofessional and prescribed the wrong medicatio

Bad customer service made me make an appointment to go and at the arrival time with full paperwork that they do not take that insurance because they waste time in being able to say before that they do not take it, they did the same thing twice with me and with my son

He was very short with me, he didn't review my MRI, and went quickly to surgery for back issues. He was in my room 6-7 minutes. Arrogant is the best way to describe him. I went to see a neurosurgeon at GW and he recommended P/T and I feel great. If you have spinal issues see a neurosurgeon never an orthopedic. Sorry, I wanted to like him but he turned me off with surgery as being the only option.

Do not go to this clinic. They are the most nonchalant medical staff that I have ever experienced. How do you call yourself and OB/GYN clinic, and you dont even perfom ultrasounds at your clinic. The place smells really bad, as if there is an auto/body shop right in the back. Do not go here. All they wanna do is bleed you dry of your money, thats it. My wife informed the physician that the place they referred her to already denied her request for an ultrasound, and they ignored that and referred her anyway/ I strongly suggest that you find another OB/GYN. I can not even come up with a logical explanantion as to why this place is still in operation.
