Impossible to actually get a hold of anyone inside the office.

The staff never answers the phone or communicates to clients unless you go through extramarital measures.

I'm not sure how good a physician Dr. Kurella is but it seems like his staff doesn't answer their phones. I have called repeatedly for results on a patient and we are the PCP. Phone continually goes to the message and routes back to the message or hangs up.

The procedure went well, no complaints there, but the doctor prescribed unnecessary and expensive medication (had second opinions). The procedure was supposed to e fully covered by insurance, but the staff submitted the claim under the wrong category and made me financially responsible. Kristi was mean, rude, and aggressive talking to me. Spare your nerves, health, and money and find another provider!

I have two family members that have been treated by Dr Kurella over 15 times in surgical procedures. There are no complaints. However trying to get any response from his office is impossible. My wife called for weeks with no return phone call. My dad did the same. I have called 6 times in 3 weeks and have not had a return phone call. The message (and that is what you get) says your call will be returned the next business day if you call after 4? I left three messages because they ask you not to leave multiple messages. I’m still waiting......

Excellent physician and staff. Thoroughly explains tests being performed and the result of each test. Takes time to listen to the patient, excellent bedside manner. He gets to the root cause of your symptoms. Once diagnosis is determined, he very well explains what is going on and how to keep symptoms under control. I had horrible symptoms for months, Dr Kurella determined the cause by performing several tests. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable to get the precise diagnosis.

I had to get a colonoscopy done due to suspected Crohns or IBS. This was my first ever procedure and I was more than nervous. The staff did a great job at taking care of me and trying to ease my anxiety. They were very friendly and professional. Hopefully I don't need to go back but if I had to get any gastro procedure done again I will gladly go back to them because I feel like I would be in good hands with them.

After struggling with horrible symptoms for a long time, and visiting multiple different doctors, one of which was another GI who told me nothing was wrong with me, I found Dr. Kurella! I was taken seriously and tests were automatically scheduled. I was diagnosed with Chrons a short time later! I see Dr. Kurella at least 1-2 times a month and could not be more satisfied with my care! He is extremely knowledgable, makes sure I understand all my medicines, and truly cares about me! Great place!!

My child was diagnosed with Crohn's. He did an amazing job of diagnosis. However, when issues, questions or requesting additional help or appointments lack of help was frustrating. Responses like take Pepto, Tylenol or go to the ER isn't the help we expected. After calling for help, 3 days later... due to our persistence, they called back. Otherwise, I doubt they would have called at all.

Very thorough, very caring. So glad he's my GI.
