Amazing experience! After looking for a PC for 10 years since the retirement of my previous PC, I didn't think I would ever find a new doctor. A friend referred me to Dr. Ayo & i now have a new doctor who listens & cares about my personal health & needs. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic Doctor! The whole family loves her! Highly experienced, intuitive in her diagnosis and a heart of gold. Follows up after visits to check on you which is something rare in this day and age. Knoxville is lucky to have her.

Nice doctor but very crooked billing practices. Just watch out for "extra" fees and charges. I've filed complaints with insurance and BBB. She did almost nothing during my family's physical, but the fees ended up being, well, extraordinary. She also referred me to two specialists who both said the referral was unnecessary and charged me almost nothing for the visit. And when she ordered special testing, she waited four weeks to share the results with me and only after I demanded them. But wait! There's more. When I disputed the charges, they turned me over to collections in less than 30 days. I'd say, avoid at all costs. She's just looking for money.

Was told to come in fasting for last appt (11:30) so I could get bloodwork done. No bloodwork taken. Was scheduled for transvaginal US and was told to have full bladder. Could not get test results because bladder should have been empty for test. Hospital was annoyed with me because Ayo's office told me to drink 60 ounces prior to procedure. Ayo takes all questions as a personal affront to her medical knowledge. Follow-up with patients is non-existent. Worst experience I have ever had with a physician.

My wife and I both see Dr. Ayo. She is warm, caring and very compassionate. She and her wonderful staff run the practice like a customer-centric business that really REALLY cares about their patients. Dr. Ayo seems very up-to-date and a solid diagnostician.

Dr. Ayo was nice, but I needed someone with a little more experience. I didn't receive all the treatment that was needed. I should have gotten an MRI, she never suggested it. As a result I'm still suffering with my illness, without a diagnosis.
