Best physician ever, had opportunity to be under care. Personable and truly gets to know patients.

Always has time to listen to concerns.

I am sorry to say after 7 years my family will be leaving Dr, Norris. My daughter went in for her yearly check up and Dr. Norris did nothing never touched her or asked any questions. Dr. Norris filled out the paper work and sent her on her way.

Spends time with me and answers all questions.

Dr. Norris changed my prescription from a previous doctor. When insurance company need documentation on why, it was never provided! Support staff, especially nurses are extremely rude to patients. Basically, they have long wait times, rude staff and disengaged doctor. I would never recommend this doctor!

Today I called Dr. Norris' office as my husband's neurologist is out of town. In about an hour her nurse called back with an appointment for an appointment with an associate of the neurologist. She has been very diligant in finding answers to my husband's various problems. She is very caring and always listens to your concerns. I have recommended her to several people who now go to her and love her as much as we do. My whole family goes to Dr. Norris and are very pleased with her care.

Very nice, but not very aggressive. Took three trips to get a second round of antibiotics. Left a two calls with nurse for them to call me back due to breathing issues, and call was never returned!

Dr. Norris is the most caring doctor I have been to in my 76 years. My husband has been very ill for three months and in the hospital three times. I made an appointment with Dr. Norris. After one visit he wanted her for his primary physician. She is working diligantly to find the cause of his problems. She refers him to other doctors for testing. Twice she has personally called him to give him the results on tests. She is so caring that you feel as if you are her only patient. She devotes herself entirely to you and does not rush when there are other patients waiting. I do not mind waiting to see her as I know she makes time for each of her patients. I have recommended her to friends who now feels the same as I do. She is now the primary physcian for all of my family living in this area.

Dr. Norris and her staff are amazing. They are nothing but professional, courteous, and brilliant. I am always able to get appointments. She and her staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. When I come in they know me by name and are always happy to see you. I would and have recommended Dr. Norris and her staff to everyone.

Dr. Norris and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Norris takes time with you. She and her staff spoil my 3 girls when they are there as well as the check-out girls. Our whole family see's her for our medical needs. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new doctor.
