Dr. Regina Markovna Dorman, MD

I needed a new Primary Care Doctor, and Pioneer Physicians Network was highly recommended. I was highly satisfied with Dr. Dorman. She took the time to sit with me and discuss all my concerns. I am looking forward to having her as my Primary Care Physician.

She really cares.

Dr. Dorman has been my doctor for over 20 yrs and I think she is absolutely wonderful. She is kind to me every time I come in to the office. She takes her time and I never feel like she is trying to rush my visit. When I email through the portal she is always quick to responding to messages or refills. I don't know what I'll do when the day comes that she retires.

I found this doctor prescribed too many drugs and tests and they were very expensive.

I was disappointed that the receptionist said NOT accepting new patients. That was after asking my date of birth.

She saved my life by pretty much telling either i go get a colonoscopy, or she was calling for me. Here i had stage 1 colon cancer. I love Dr. Dorman

Dr. Dorman is an excellent physician. She is personable and spends the time needed with you. I would highly recommend her. I agree with another review about the front staff. There have been many, many times they were downright rude. Reception in any business represents who is behind them providing the service. They should be as friendly and competent as the providers and there is no excuse for anything otherwise. By all means, patients need to be courteous too but it is on the front staff to be a step above.

I like Dr. Dorman. Overall I think that she is a good doctor. The front desk staff at this office is another story. One in particular (Shannon) is always curt and makes you feel rushed when calling the office. She definitely needs to tighten up her customer/patient service skills. I always SIGH when I hear her voice on the other end of the phone when I call the office.

I would recommend Dr. Dorman. She is wonderful, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. She will not waste time with your care. My husband was being treated for years for sinus trouble. When he first visited her, she immediately assessed his meds. She said, "I dont want to give you medication and you are not getting better." She sent him to an ENT. After an MRI it was discovered he had a brain tumor. It was successfully removed. We contribute the findings to the care and concern of a GREAT Family Practictioner, Regina Dorman.
