When you go for your appt. be prepared to spend 1-2 hrs. there. They do not give a crap about their patients.

Scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday. Called on Monday prior and was told no appointment was scheduled. I questioned this because I was never emailed the information to input into the patient portal. When I made the appointment I was told I cancelled twice before. I did cancel once, but only because I had so much going on medically and I needed to sort out who to see next. Also, I cancelled well in advance for them to use the slot. I'll never go back or refer anyone to this place! My time is valuable too! Your not GOD!

Mr. Epter was attentive and seemed professional. When he performed my first radio frequency ablation (RFA) for my severe lumbar scoliosis and chronic pain of sciatica, I had relief for two months; which at the time I thought was great; but later learned it should have been for a year or more. Every time I had appointments with him, I filled out an extensive questionnaire; and every time I asked if he would give his receptionist, who is a black woman, permission to either turn off or change the channel from Fox News. Although I am white, I have deep respect for people of all beliefs, sexual orientation, and race (we are all human). Fox News Channel does all it can to divide Americans. My blood pressure would be elevated every visit. I was schedule for my second RFA, and Mr. Epter had not changed his direction to the receptionist to keep the reception area tv on Fox News. I printed out a picture of Oliver Twist begging for food, and wrote "Please Mr., no more Fox News. I hung… this on my neck to hang down my back. When I got to his office, I told the receptionist what I had done, and when I was called to the back, she and several other staff had a look, and treated me like a hero. Normally, Epter would meet me in the area where they take your vitals and give you a mild tranquilizer, and he would chat a while, aiming to help me to relax; then he would start chatting again in the treatment room. This time he did neither. He pull up my garment, flipped up my please mr sign, and proceeded to burn me and suggested it was my fault. When I asked if he would turn off Fox News, he said, slowly, and emphatically, "NO I WILL NOT!" That was my last appointment with him. I found a doctor who was infinitely more capable and definitely more respectful to his patients, staff and all.

What a quack!

I have been seeing Dr. Epter for many years, for a variety of pain problems. Each time, I get in quickly and get the the procedures that allow me to function and do things I like or need to.

I'm in heavy equipment sales and have not had issues with back pain since seeing Dr. Epter.
