Dr. Richard Allen Shorter, DO

This is by far the WORST office i have ever delt with. The staff is rude and all they want to donis continually give antibiotics instead of trying to fond the problem. When I questioned the "treatment" of my son and aked why they would not send him to an ENT due to him continually having tonsil stone they dismissed my entire family from the practice. All they are worried about is getting as many people in and out as they can. They are not worried about actually treating their patients.

I could not find a more compassionate doctor. He treated my mom and as a registered nurse I was very particular about her care. He exceeded my expectations in every area.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Shorter for both myself and my family. He takes the time to talk to you and explain the diagnosis and/or your options. This may sometimes lead to a little longer wait time but I appreciate him taking an interest in me and my family so that I don't feel like a number. Several times he will call afterward to check on us. If I need to get in to see him right away he has always been able to squeeze me in.

My entire family receives excellent care from Dr. Shorter and his staff. The wait to see the docotor is often long but well worth it because he spends as much time with us as needed once it is our turn.
