Excellent doctor..saved my husband's life..blissful hands

Patient only sees NPs, PAs, LPNs and other unidentied people. After many visits, patient never sees the actual doctor. Dr. Bajaj fishes for patients by going to several locations during the week but main office is in Newburgh. So He is trying to drum up business but no time for existing patients in Newburgh. Unless there is an interventional procedure requiring His involvement, Doctor does not take the time to meet patients. Offices are like 3rd world with bags and boxes of stuff everywhere. Expect to wait in a closet when busy. Patients are packed within inch of each other in the waiting room. Sometimes have to stand. There are bags and boxes of supplies everywhere in exam rooms. While a patient is examined, even while partially undressed, any staff will enter without knocking to get something they need for another patient. Or they just walk in unidentified. People are crawling everywhere, in the hallways, it is like walking through an obstacle course. Many of they are… students from local schools. Staff have no ID tags as to who they are or what they do. No title such as LPN, PA, RN, etc. For all the patient knows they could be the cleaning staff in the room. The person who accompanies a visiting Physician from NYC who does Lexiscan (interventional stress test) does not speak English. Unless there is an interventional procedure, expect you will never be introducted to the "Man Himself". I.E. Dr. Bajaj. He will not take the time to meet you is there is no procedure. Positive would be that the non-medical Staff, even though they are packed into a room like pigs in a pen, having to place their computers on the knees, they are pleasant and polite. Office is clean, although super messy with supplies stacked everywhere, under exam tables, in corners of exam rooms, etc. UNORGANIZED. This clinic needs a separate dedicated room for supplies, not using patient exam rooms. In the waiting room space is taken up by a health insurance agent. Quite disrespectful treatment of patients while in exam rooms. Patients are processed like on a conveyor belt.

Excellent doctor, nurses and staff! Everyone is so efficient and kind. A great facility equipped with the latest tools for analyzing and testing including arteries and veins. A very important visit.
