Dr. Rita Garulli-Chidiac, MD

I have been out of the area for 3 years and this was my Dr prior to moving to Orlando. I am back in Broward County and was having some major balance issues. I called the office Friday morning to get an appt and was told since I had been away, I would be considered a new patient. That I don't have a problem with even though they were my doctor for a few years before relocating. I was told they could do a tele-visit that day and then set up an appointment for me the next week to come in. I advised the person (phone etiquette and manners left a lot to be desired) that was not acceptable to me. I had just explained to her that I had almost fallen in the shower 2 nights previously, almost passed out the night before, and that every time I turned over Thursday night I had that black out dizzy feeling. That sounds like a possible blood pressure issue and I drive 50 miles a day back and forth to work. On a tele visit, they cannot check ANY vitals which this ISSUE needs to have that checked. I… was put on hold for TOO long and was told they could not see me in the office that day. She also told me I have 2 other options, go to a Med 1st Clinic or go to the Emergency Room. She was VERY rude and she has NO business being the 1st point of contact for a doctors office. I did end of going to a Med 1st Clinic was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension and referred to a cardiologist. My blood pressure is the problem and NONE of this was something that could be done on a tele visit. The doctor I saw at the med 1st clinic was very personable and was not at all happy that I was told what I was told from the office staff. I really hope that the doctor takes a GOOD, LONG hard look at the staff he has interacting with his patients. I will be looking for another primary doctor after this. Like the trained medical staff but the office staff needs to be either educated on how to talk to and listen to the patients needs or get a new job, as they are not cut out for what they are doing. Didn't want to give them any stars, but had to give at least one to post

I walked in without an appointment It was 11:30 The dr was seeing her last patient I asked to pay for one quick question about a shot that was still bothering me from 3 weeks ago No I asked if I could leave a note with my concern about the shot She said no Told me I could make an appointment for 3 days from now I asked her if I should wait that long She told me she was not a doctor and did not know I walked out Very very sad someone so rude in that position

Absolutely HORRIBLE office staff. It is going on two days to get a call back ! Promises made and never kept. Can't say much about the doctor since you can't get to speak to her and messages go unreturned. When you sign on as a new patient, the doctor isn't the person doing the exam. HORRIBLE.

SHE IS AN AWESOME DR AND VERY WELL MANNERED.

Simply the best .sweet with great bedside manners and calm and very competent.She is the best and I would recommend her without hesitation.we al love Dr Rita garulli

I have been a patient of Dr. Rita Garulli Chidiac for approximately 20 years and love her! I will go to her first for almost any situation before I think of seeing a second doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Garulli for over 15 years. The office staff is helpful and you are able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. Dr. Garulli is a caring, kind doctor that takes the time to listen. Her examination is also very thorough. She is a great example of what a doctor should be.

DR,GARULLI IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR.SHE CARES ABOUT THE PATIENT.SHE'S BEEN MY FAMILY DR. FOR OVER 10YRS. SHE'S BEEN JUST GREAT. WE ALL LOVE HER.

The office staff was extremely friendly and got me into a room very quickly. Dr. Garulli is a great doctor and such a sweet lady. She was extremely patient and really seemed like she cared to help me.

I SAW DR GARULLI FOR MY ANNUAL CHECK UP SHE IS THE SWEETEST AND NICEST DOCTOR I ever saw.she has a very nice smile and the best bedside manners that I ever saw in a professionnal.she is understanding ,caring and very knowledgeable.in my books she is a defenite 6 starts doctor.she is what I would lie to see in any doctor and by the way I am also her patient and a doctor
