Dr. Robert Harris Dudley III, MD

They continue to lose patients. I have been a patient at this office for seven years. Never have I had an issue with any of their front desk girls. I was spoking in a very nasty tone. If I did not pay the copay, I would not be able to talk to them I was scared about the information I just received from a test result, so I was not in the mood once again from the front desk staff to speak to me with the tone. So, I became just frustrated. He had the nerve to mail a letter to my home tell me I am no longer to return to the practice. I needed to much medical care and should follow up with all specialties. He spent less than 3 minutes with you, Other than listening to my breathing, he did nothing else. Dr. Dudley is great with routine care but never went the extra mile to try and find out what was wrong with me. He would not make time to see his patients, so he would have his patients get passed around to someone else. You’re lucky if you get to see him again. He has a rude front desk. He… is willing, and he has dismissed patients from returning to his practice because of the behavior from the front desk staff. The patients are supposed to accept the rude behaver from his staff and not react. He rather loses patients then correct the issues with his front desk staff. What happened to customer service? Ever since he has expanded his practice, he forgot to be humble to the patients. His patients are the one that helped him get to where he is today. He doesn't care about our wellbeing. He has changed and not for the good, I use to hear good things about him, it’s okay he will always get new patients so, he does care how many he loses. I am not saying he is a bad doctor, he has a good medical staff, but his office staff brings him down. Go elsewhere for great service. Been going to him for years because I liked the NP but, I can no longer deal with the rude office staff. Avoid!!!

Dr. Dudley is truly the best doctor I have ever had. He is intelligent, caring, never rushes, always listens He and his staff are professional efficient and attentive. I have difficult medical issues and if it were not for Dr. Dudley's medical care I do not think I would be here writing this letter today. He is truly the best of the best. He is a brilliant Doctor and a very special human being. I am so lucky to have found him. Nancy Venezia

He spent less than 3 minutes on my yearly physical. Other than listening to my breathing, he didn’t check anything else and missed a serious heath issue.

Just left their office both new front desk ( never dealt with her before)and manager were horrible to me. Actually embarrassed me too. They lost two patients today. I have been a patient of this office and of Carol and Duddley for 3 years. Never have I had an issue with any of their front desk girls. Today I came in with an infection and felt ill. The girl in the front was trying to confirm my appointment I have gave my correct address and sat down. The address didn’t come up as valid. So I gave it to her again and said yeah that’s the address. Then she opened the window by their waiting area. Spoke very loud and was saying “I’m confused you gave me all these different addresses.” When she was reading them to me. She read a address I never gave them and I said I never gave you that address. Normally not rude or loud... I’m sick I’m not going to be sunny I’m also not understanding my address is an issue. I was just there a month ago!!!!!!!! She said, “ you need to calm down I’m just… doing my job.” All I did was tell her I’m not doing anything I’m telling you that I never gave you that address. She again told me I didn’t need to speak loud to her?!! When she was the one louder then me in the first place.i told her that too I said you realize you are the one who is being loud?!! I didn’t yell all I did was speak to her. I gave her my new address and sat down. Asked if we had anymore issues because she was being rude. After she went to her manager and told her to complete my check-in. The manager asked me for my I’d. I told her my address is different in my license. Again I repeated my address then I told her since she was the manager that her new front desk was rude to me. She then said “all my girls are well trained.” I told her you might want to retrain her. She said excused me I again repeated myself. Then the manager of this dr office told me.” Well she said you where being kinda rough?” How?? Because I told her that wasn’t my address? Then she kept blaming me for the indecent. That is when I did get upset asked for my copay. I can get my files until I get a release from a new dr. I’m upset because I am I’ll I have a infection and now Because of a little girl who was maybe 20. Who isn’t good at customer service at all. I can’t see the dr today. All the other front desk people have been amazing with me and my husband. The manager too is rude and needs to be trained. I told her I worked in customer service and she smiled and said o really? Then she tried to say that her front desk maybe sounded Loud because the second window was open. Carol, I will miss her... she is the only reason I would go to this place. I’m looking for a er urgent care now.

They were very nice and told me about everything and they were very efficient

I was a patient for almost a year. I am a tough case because I was in and out of the hospital with no solid diagnosis. Dr. Dudley is great with rouine care but never went the extra mile to yry and find out what eas wrong with me. He discharged me with no notice and it took over a month to get into another primary care. I was left withoutu medications. I thought je could have the decency to discuss the issie with me. It turns out tjat my new primary care physician found something on my blood work that was missed by Dr. Dudley. It happens to be very serious and could be life threatening if not treated in a timely.manner. I was pretty upset when I got the news and shocked that Dr. Dudley had missed.it. i am now undergoing treatment which I could have started a year ago. When I called Dr. Dudleys office to go over my blood work they said it was fine but it was not. The female who gave me the results did not sound very sure of herself. I am very happy with my new primary as she… personally.calls you with all test results and is not to busy to spend time with you. She is also on staff at two hospitals but fortunately O have not haf to go since I have been seeing her. I am not saying he is a bad doctor, I think he takes on toany patients and is unable to give you the time you need, especially when you are sick.

I really enjoy going to Dr. Dudley's office, he along with his entire staff are very professional along with being very personable and friendly to everyone. I have never been to a doctor or a doctor's office with a more caring and accommodating staff.

When my parents moved in with me one year ago, my mother took her time to find a doctor that she was comfortable with. She made the right choice. Dr. Dudley and the staff that supports his work are fantastic. I have had to call, in a 3 month period, the office three different times because of changes in my dad. Dr. Dudley and the staff returned my call within hours! They have ordered home health and gotten my dad in when he has not had a proper appointment. The waiting time has never been more than 20 minutes (rarely that long!). Love Brenda, love Delaney and all the staff. I couldn't imagine taking my parents anywhere else!

Dr. Dudley actually reads my medical chart! Not only does he read the chart, but he asks questions related to my other specialists so he is informed and can make suggestions when appropriate. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor who listens and makes a difference.

I am new to the area was calling to make new patient appointment for my husband and myself...was put on hold for 17 min then someone picked up the phone and disconnected me. I called back and explained what happened she said sorry we're busy, I asked if it's always like that? she said yes a lot, do you want an appointment I can give you march, she sounded annoyed like I was bothering her. I said no thanks I seen enough between the wait time on the phone, you rushing the call and your attitude I'm not interested in seeing anymore, the front desk makes the first impression on the patient and she didn't make a good one. I work in the medical field for 15 years and am not impressed at all!
