I first saw Dr Macarthur last week for a misplaced collarbone. He was punctual, polite, extremely smart, caring & discussed ALL of my options that I had to consider treatment. He took time with me, did not rush me & made me feel VERY comfortable due to his knowledge. SMART DOCTOR!! ;). Everyone in his office was so nice, polite & smart too (hard to find these days!). If you want to feel & be secure with a Ortho Dr., you’d best see him like I did...i am in the medical field & am VERY picky about providers. He passed completely & with flying colors in MY book. Thank you, Dr. Macarthur, for your “smarts & kindness”...very hard to find these days. ;)

he is now in hemet, ca and the review board at hemet hospital is taking their sweet time auth. privilege there to perform surgery. i was one of his very first to see him. and i would recommend him anyone. just w

my first doctor made a grave mistake in fixing a broken humerus which ended up in nerve damage to my left arrest and fingers. Dr. MacArthur was able to repair the break 75% less time than the first Dr.

I had a catastrophic injury to my lower leg and ankle. The head of E.R. paged Dr. MacArthur. He performed my difficult surgery and numerous doctors since have been amazed at his work. I believe that Dr. MacArthur was able to save my foot, where other drs would have amputated right or fused right from the start. I now live out of state, and so I cannot rate the current office staff. I never had problems when I was there.

The professionalism of the staff is my biggest complaint. You will be spending days (up to weeks) getting messages passed to the doctor and many "re-faxing" of paperwork. And getting that follow up appointment...that's a joke! Either he's booked, out of town, with patients, you name it.
