Dr. Robert Christopher Jones

While Dr. Jones was knowledgeable and seemed sincere in wanting to help, I have reservations about recommending him. His consultation style made me feel anxious and uncomfortable, and when I mentioned this, he seemed to use my anxiety as part of his assessment rather than addressing the communication issue. Additionally, he dismissed the relevance of my genetic pharmaceutical testing, which contains important information for medication selection. He prescribed me something that was on the do not take list and told me that no one has issues taking this medication, which was clearly not the case. Though he appeared well-informed about my conditions, I felt the overall experience lacked the collaborative approach I needed for my care. If I were to pursue a procedure, I didn't feel comfortable enough with Dr. Jones even though I'm sure he'd handle it just fine. I need to feel heard and emotionally safe and I didn't feel that way during the consultation.

There’s not enough stars I can give this Dr Met him a few weeks ago for my mom She was diagnosed w Afib 15-16 yrs ago Drs at that time just medded her up When we advised mom to leave that establishment , we were directed to Centennial where Dr Jones is He came in, Nice, but direct Very easy w my mom, which is 84 Advised us she needed a Pacemaker Within 2 days, she had it For the first time in 15-16 years, She has a steady heart rhythm I’m telling ya This Dr is amazing , and nice to Kept me informed what was going on After surgery he called, and then came and talked with us. Ya know how Drs can be, Intimidating He wasn’t, Dr Jones and his team are amazing group. The entire Tn Vascular Group at centennial is amazing! Thank You Dr.Jones & your team’

Dr Jones placed my pacemaker, he was very assuring to my questions, which made me feel better. He explains everything. He wanted to make sure I understood what was getting ready to happen. I've had several cardio Drs. In the past but have found that Dr Jones and the other Drs he works with are on top of your problem and seek out all aves til find the right treatment plan for you. Very happy with Dr Jones. Highly recommend him, very friendly, awesome bedside manner that's what counts.

Dr. Chris Jones and staff are tops in my book. They always have a smile and make me feel like I am the only patient they are dealing with and you just can't beat that feeling!!

Probably one of the finest experts in the country to care for patients with implanted heart pace makers! Anyone in the entire area needing this type care should see him if they can.
