The office staff to Dr there is a big problem with communicating. I can’t even get them to refill once! My hear meds. I’m facing a weekend now w/o my meds. Also the waiting room is horrible. Too hot and a TV that loops a PSA about health that’ll drive a person insane

This doctor basically blew off my two heart attacks and actually didn't want to do a heart cath to see what was the problem. When he finally did the heart cath, he missed the fact that I had Myocardial bridging, a potentially fatal condition. Thank god I got a second opinion. I had to have open-heart surgery to correct the problem he missed

My overall view is so-so. Response back after tests done very slow. One person in his office not very concerned about how she delivers a response about tests. To just say a surgeon will call you is not showing much concern about the patient & to make that kind of a call on a Fri. is the pits! A patient wants to see a little more concern about their life.

don't think he really cares about a little palpitation now and then now makes me feel I shouldn't worry either, the return of a phone call would be nice

I was impressed by:1. Time dr. Martyn spent with me, 2. How he explained my health status. 3. His presentation of different options of his intervention and expected cost of that.4. Final bill for his service,

Almost no waiting for my appointment. He was courteous and I felt he listened. I had some problems that were addressed. Overall, very pleased.

It is very scary to move to a new city and have to pick a carddiologist when you had such a trusting relationship with the one you have back home. But I can honestly say I am very pleased with Dr. Martyn and his staff is excellent and that is important to me too.
