Dr. Gold performed my daughter corrective lazy eyes muscle surgery. We were happy with the result.

Dr Gold performed my corrective eye muscle surgery and it was a nightmare. I was in excruciating pain for 6 days and he did the opposite of what any other doctor would have done. I went to see him the very next day because of the sever pain, he accused me of being a "chicken when it comes to pain," he accused me of being on recreational drugs, he screamed and yelled at me the whole time and he KICKED me OUT of his office. It's the most severe case of patience negligence I have ever experienced. At the one-week follow up, he apologized for his behavior in one of those "sorry but not sorry" child like kind of ways. He took credit for the diminished pain but I got better DESPITE him not BECAUSE of his assistance. The pain, suffering and agony I went through, I would not wish on my worst enemy, except maybe on him. Supposedly, he doesn't believe in prescribing pain medication. My head felt like I was shot in the eye, if pain medication is not designed for that, I don't know what it's for

Dr. Gold has been a God sent for us. He has taken care of my mother's aging eye sight, double vision and all the issues she's had in the past 5+ years. If it wasn't for Dr. Gold's caring and detailed eye examination we would not have found her macular degeneration disease so quickly. His staff is kind, professional and caring and so is he.

Dr. Gold is extremely caring, thorough and professional. He has taken care of my family member for over 5 years. He is extremely thorough, kind, and even with my mom's language barrier, takes the time to explain and re-explain (if needed) his treatment plans and answers any questions we may have. We owe my mom's eye health to Dr. Gold

Dr. Gold should not be working with children. He yanked my 2 year olds arm out of frustration, yelled at us and walked out of our appointment. My 2 year old has been saying since our appointment that he's scared of Dr. Gold. I'm still in disbelief. His administrator, Tiffany, said it was because he had a bad day.

I've accompanied by daughter and granddaughter for 3 of her appointments. He is cold and brash and we are good and fed up. Never again. For the record, my daughter was 100% compliant with the at-home directions, so she has no reason to be intimidated and yelled at. His sarcasm and negative talk has no place in the medical field, let alone in pediatrics. Find a more compassionate doctor.

Fast talking impersonal jerk who made jokes that my child is blind as a bat. Could have cared less for my child and the issues she has. Cold as ice and seemingly joked about my Childs serious condition. Tried to ask questions and he was so short and you could tell he just wanted my family out of there so he could get his next client in to keep the money flowing. I know a lot of great doctors and he is not one of them. Terrible bedside manner. Never again

My son has only seen Dr. Gold once but our first experience with him was amazing! We recently switched due to the bedside manner of my sons previous doctor and we are so pleased we found Dr. Gold.

I have been seeing Dr. Gold for the past 17 years, starting when I was 2, and could not be happier! He is awesome at remembering patients and takes time to listen to all of your concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and exceptional at explaining complicated medical terms!
