Dr. Robert Viron Lane, MD

This doctor is horrible and his nurse is horrible as well both they are not professionals at all. Do not go to him. They both do not care about the patients.

He came in looked at me and told me exactly what the course of action was. Very straightforward and good with kids!

I can't believe the ONE written review on Dr. Lane is about the same doctor...my experience was nothing like that! I found him to be very kind, compassionate, and caring during my appointment for a biopsy on a Thyroid nodule. He first explained everything he was going to do, and then again told me what was going to happen step by step as he performed the biopsy. I have told several people I wish he could be my doctor for any ailment because he was so informative and compassionate. He took plenty of time to answer my questions without rushing me, and I felt I was the most important patient at the time. I would highly recommend him for any kind of care you might need for your ear, nose, or throat.

I met him after an MRI showed a tumor in my neck and my wife and I had several questions to ask him before we let him cut my neck and face open and he acted like we were wasting his time and how dare we ask about his credentials. I went ahead with the surgery anyway and the guy never came into the surgery prep room to tell us what he was going to be doing and after the surgery I was in horrific pain and he showed up like an hour later and he looked at the incision and my wife asked him a question and he was rude to her and never said a word to me. Needless to say I did not go back for my post op appointment and would never go back to him and I tell everyone I know not to go to him.
