Dr. Robert Warren Alexander, MD

I broke my hip on Dec. 10th ,having been transferred in from Del Rio the night before. He came to my room introduced himself and asked questions. Told me my surgery was going to be done @ 11'o clock. The surgery and the recovery were great. Dr. Alexander in my opinion is one of the best surgeons I have ever seen. When you go to his office it's efficient if you need X-rays the orders are there. I worked diagnostic radiology for almost 40 yrs. some really good ones some not so good . Seen hundreds of hip surgerys in the O.R. . Was very much inmpressed with my surgery and Dr. Alexander. I feel Dr. Alexander is a good doctor. It is WTMA that is the problem. I broke my wrist and saw Dr. Alexander. I had another appointment set up with him for days but had to reschedule because I came down with the flu. Now I call to reschedule and I can no longer see him for my broken wrist because I owe a balance that they have already sent for collections instead of allowing me to set up payments. Now I'm sitting here with a broken wrist and no doctor. This happened before with Dr. Blanc, the cardiologist. So go to Shannon. They will work with you on payments when you are on a fixed income.
