My husband and I have received excellent, thoughtful, professional, thorough care from Ronald A. Ford, M.D., at Gessler Clinic for several years.

I only gave a 2 star rating. I was being kind. If I had to rate the staff, I would give a negative 1. They nurse acts like she’s doing you a favor by taking your vitals. First you don’t feel well or you need pain relief. Your not going there for a social gathering. Ettiquette is not optional for personal or professional success – it is a necessity. If I was head of Gessler Clinic, you better believe Dr Ford’s nurses would be going through a course in patient etiquette. It’s sad when a physician has his reputation on the line only to be blindsided by an unprofessional staff.

Dr. Ford Nurse Bobbi is horrible. She will not do as ask and she thinks she is the doctor. It took 2 weeks to get pain medicine after I called my insurance. Since she has got an attitude towards me. She thinks she knows it all. I have changed doctors because of her. I do feel Dr. Ford could be more through. Sure do miss Dr. Rafool

Dr. Ford has been my doctor for many years. He is a great combination of an old fashioned doctor who makes you feel like he is there for you at any time to a modern day doctor who is on top of all the most recent medical findings. You never feel like he thinks you are taking too much of his time. He has pulled me through some mighty rough illnesses over the years. It is a very secure feeling to have him as my doctor.

Excellent doctor

I have used Dr. Ford as my doctor since I was 12. I am now 34. It is very uncommon that I am sick. However the two times that I have been sick, sick enough to need to see a doctor, I have not been able to utilize his service. Today I called to make an appointment to be seen for a high grade fever and sever cough. Possibly pneumonia? After calling the nurse informed me that I could not be seen for 6 days. I explained that I was really feeling sick and would like to be fit in today or tomorrow, please. She said they were to busy and that I should just go to a walk in clinic. Very frustrating as it is Monday. Business hours. And I am sick! Dr ford is a very nice doctor but if you need to see him when your sick you'll have to go somewhere else. My wife is a nurse and called his office because she didn't believe me. She informed their office after verifying that they would not see me that we would be changing PCP.

Dr. Ford is one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. Never has he made me feel like I'm a number in a long line of patients. When I speak,he listens. I believe his wait time is longer because he really cares about us and doesn't rush us out the door.
