Dr. Rowena Gonzales-Chambers, MD

Unfortunately my one of my family members sees Chambers for his chemo treatments, while working with his/her actual Oncologist in another state. We had not seen my family member in more than a month, and decided to meet him in the parking lot for a hug and speak for a few moments before his appointment. We have tried keeping a distance due to the cancer treatments. A nurse came outside and was verbally abusive to me and my family. We remained calm and did as she asked, but she proceeded to be verbally abusive and told us we could just leave the property. We didn't do anything but stand in the parking lot while speaking to my family member. This is the most egotistical doctor I have ever met. Don't go to her. Find someone else. Take your family away from here. She has a horrible bedside manner and her staff members are rude, egomaniacs and hateful.

My dad was a patient of hers , 20 years ago. She and her staff was very caring and helpful. Dr. Chambers was around when we needed her. Even called us after hours when something needed to be checked with my dad. I thank her for that. She was his doctor till he passed away !

This doctor is quite arrogant, exposed me to the flu one day, and my last appointment was a total waste of time. I only followed up with her after a hospitalization because I didn't know any better.

Dr. Chambers is one of the best physicians I have ever met. She is very kind and takes time to explain what is going on and answer every question you may have. She definitely gets things done in a very timely manner and does not sugar coat anything; she just tells you how it is, which is definitely a very good quality in an oncologist. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an excellent oncologist.

Wouldn't let her treat a stray dog. Truly awful.

She admen ts I have a tumer in my lift lung but will not try to help me manage the pain,will never see her again...........

Dr. Chambers does take out time to explain what is going on with your illness. She does not sugar-coat the problem she lets you know the truth. I like Dr. Rowena Chambers and I thank her for her services. I would recommend her services to anyone faced with cancer.

My Mother and I have been coming to Dr. Chambers for years and find her to be a very caring doctor.

Terrible doctor. Doesn't care about patients. Insists that its their time to die. I didn't ask her to tell me when to die. I asked for treatment. She refused. I wanted second opinion. She refused, yelled at me and discharged me from hospital. I went to a university hospital. They laughed at her incompetence. Oh, and I'm still alive years later enjoying time with my family. :)
