Dr. Roy Allan Jhagroo, MD

Dr Jhagroo is supposedly the Head Nephrologist and makes the decision on who gets seen and who doesn’t. My eGFR has been below 40 since last Fall and my BUN and Creatinine are rising. I am a heart failure patient with edema problems on lots of medications. This MD won’t even let me be seen. He says “she isn’t peeing out protein so she is fine.” He doesn’t know I am an RN with experience in this and no, It isn’t fine. Hoping I can find a second opinion within my insurance before this gets worse.

Dr. Jhagroo was great to work with. He clearly explained my lab results and discussed options to prevent future kidney stones. My follow-up question was answered promptly by him when I sent it to the clinic a couple days later.

He was running late, didn't feel like checking my lab work and said I don't know what to tell you follow up in a year.

arrogant. little concern for people other than himself.
