Dr. Russell Harada

This office is going downhill. Ever since the young doc Nishikawa left and the nurse that was there long time, the staff that are left have been lazy. I think they are just there to work and collect money and not actually help or care about us patients. Especially the girl in the front. If you stand by the front window, she doesn’t acknowledge you especially when she on the phone. No courtesy that girl. She always tap the other girl to help when she can easily tell us hold on please.. She doesn’t smile either. But Dr Harada, he good. Just his staff lazy now. They don’t answer the phone either. Not sure why when they have plenty time talk story and laugh.

If you need a vascular surgeon, this is the doctor you need to see. He helped with my dad’s dialysis graft and my family and I couldn’t be happier that we decided to go with Dr. Harada. He is also very accommodating. He sees patients in his office two days a week but his staff was able schedule and appointment to let him see my dad at a last minutes notice during a day he only does surgery. He is top notch the vascular surgeon you want for your family or yourself if you need one.

Dr Harada is patient in listening and answering any questions. He is thorough and somewhat of a perfectionist in surgery and after care. We could not be happier with the results.

I was extremely pleased with the way all my questions were answered in speaking with Dr. Harada. He was very thorough in explaining and understanding my problem and procedure. I was extremely nervous after hearing numerous reports from others who had this procedure done and happy to report it was nothing like they described. I can only attribute this to Dr. Harada's professional knowledge.
