I would like to thank Dr Nunley for my total knee replacement in February 2025. Prior to surgery he asked if I had any questions and never rushed me through the initial process of explaining the procedure he would be performing. After surgery, daily texts were sent to me 2-3 times daily to keep me informed of the proper care techniques and encouraging words to get me through some of the painful days. Dr Nunley is concerned about your pre-op and post-op recovery. Friends have asked me who performed my knee surgery and I highly recommended Dr Nunley and his professional staff. I’m a young active person. I love to hike, cycle, and travel. My hip/groin pain was creating problems with my ability to work and do the activities I enjoy. He did my hip replacement and I was out of the hospital the same day, took pain pills for 2 days and then back to work in 2 weeks. Amazing. The reviews in the sites don’t give him enough credit, he is the best.

I’ve heard form so many nurses and other physicians that Dr Nunley is the top surgeon they send patient to see for hip and knee replacement. After 5 years of disabling hip/groin pain and stress....Dr Nunley got me back to 100% of my activities (golf, skiing, hiking) and work. I walked 1 mike after 6 days of surgery and back on the golf course in 3 weeks. He is the Best, and so happy I listened to the nurses and doctors who all recommended him.

Dr Nunley was my third opinion and he fixed me when no one else knew how. His bed side manner is awesome. A great doctor with great bedside manners are few and far between. He is the only doctor I will go to and I highly recommend him.

I’ve had many surgeries in my ears in working with Dr. Ryan only was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had. He was extremely polite and you could tell he cares. He explains everything in full detail and is very open to making sure you understand what’s going on. I would highly recommend the surgeon for anyone needing hip or knee replacement.

Dr. Nunley is the best. I have just about lost my R leg twice. Both times he quickly and efficiently solved my complex problems. Highly recommend him. I love this dr. Listens to his patient. Serious but explains everything to your understanding. He is the BEST.

Dr.nunley did a fantastic job on my hip replacement. I live in southern Illinois and no surgeons around here would even touch my surgery because I had perthes in the hip and was going to be very difficult surgery. Excellent surgeon would not hesitate to have him work on me again or refer him to anyone.

All 3 Hip Replacements are Working Great; 1st one was mine, about 6 years ago, with no appreciable wear to date. One more to go very soon: Dr. Nunley gets the Job Done! "The Lame Shall Walk" fits when it comes to replacing worn/bad hips.
