Dr. Salil Dua, MD

Calls patients on cell phone when sitting on cruise balcony on vacation in the Mediterranean and discusses all their private information, name, date of birth illnesses, medication and then orders prescription. All information clearly audible in adjoining balconies and a significant breach of data protection. Sloppy.

My brothers and I have been going to Dr. Salil Dua's office since we were small children when both of his parents were still working. Since Dr. Salil Dua has taken over the practice, it has not skipped a beat in regards to patient care and treatment! Dr. Dua takes his time, is easy to talk to and has a genuine concern for your wellbeing which you rarely ever find in most doctors. The staff are friendly, professional and kind!

Dr. Salil is a great physician who takes time with each of his patients, which is the reason for the long wait. I've never needed him to follow up with me, but I have heard him encourage a patient to come in to see him for a follow up.

Dr Duo was not even in the office when I arrived ... Took him 39 more mins to see me after waiting 30 mins after appt time! Entire staff was sick and coughing! Awful

I showed up to my first appointment and after a two hour wait, I NEVER saw the doctor. My appointment was for 2:30 pm and I arrived early for paperwork. The employees there were professional but seemed to me to be overtasked, possibly understaffed? Not once was I ever asked how I heard about the office. Not once was I told there would be over an hour wait. After waiting an hour and thirty minutes, I asked how much longer. The person responded that there were two others before me. Fine, i figured. Thirty minutes later I asked again and there were TWO people still ahead of me! As I was getting my copayment returned, I said that I would have preferred to have just been told that there was such a wait and would have rescheduled, or at least returned later on that day. The Employee responded that they "just never knew until the day hit them." Being that my appointment was at 2:30 AND the fact I waited 30 minutes before someone gave me paperwork to fill out, I'm sure that they knew by the… time I big the door that they were running QUITE behind. Thus, I replied that I was sure they knew the wait was at least an hour by the time I showed up. No response, no acknowledgement, No trying to get me to reschedule, not even something like "this kind of wait rarely happens". At least i will get my copay refunded, which could take up to 7 business days ;)
