I was there as follow-up from a total prostatetectomy. My recovery includes Ed issues and incontinence. There was not a lot of help or Instruction with regard to how long those Issues persist. Needs much more in depth instruction and help. It's not what I expected at all. It's depressing. It's like I am all alone to figure it out since it's "normal".

Dr Hawatmeh is personable and direct to the point. We have been going to him for several years and have always been able to get an appointment when needed. He has never suggested any tests that were unnecessary and is always encouraging about my husband’s condition

Dr Salim Hawatmeh is a fine physician. However, the office staff is extremely difficult. His PA hung up on me claiming I was mean to her. What the truth was I had sent in an email explaining the situation in detail, and she told me she read it. Then proceeded to repeat the situation and ignored the solution I put in the email. I was never mean, what I did was while she was repeating the obvious, I did interrupt saying we know this and it is addressed in the email. Also the person at the front desk can be short with patients. The MA does not listen well and there is confusion. Hawatmeh runs a surgical center across the hall and is usually one to one and a half hours late because he is seeing clinic while doing surgery at the same time. I wish I could see him away from his surgical off and away from his rude staff.

WENT TO DR SALIM HAWATMEH FOR THE FIRST TIME EXCELLENT SERVICE IN OFFICE AS WELL AS COMMUNICATION WITH THE DOCTOR VERY HAPPY WE WENT TO HIM GREAT INFORMATION AND THE ABILITY TO DO THE MOST UP TO DATE PROCEDURES IF EVER NEEDED VERY HAPPY WITH THE DOCTOR
