Took too long to write this. Surgery was Jan 2021. He promised me a lifted deprojected nose to one with polybeak, crooked, inverted v, dropping and looking longer. Dealing with a major sinus issue affecting my quality of life was stressful. I contacted Dr. Undavia for a 2nd opinion. His Marlton office staff scheduled the appointment; I was seen promptly. I was appreciative of, and impressed by, Dr. Undavia's thorough consideration of my prior history and current circumstances, and his ability to offer a clear diagnosis and prognosis. He answered all my questions and shared alternative surgical procedures dependent upon findings during surgery. Dr. Undavia completed the surgery and explained to my husband the strategy he employed. Bottomline: NO SURPRISES. Healing progressed as per his prognosis. Again, no surprises--and optimal results. Throughout the follow-up process, Dr. Undavia's entire support staff has been caring, efficient, and professional. There was one delay in-office when being seen for a follow-up due to a surgery overrun; however, upon arrival Dr. Undavia immediately apologized and did not rush my appointment. Having experienced… the benefits of the doctor's work, I could understand such a delay. A special nod of appreciation goes to staff member Heidy, who went above and beyond expectations to assist with my paperwork in a secure and timely fashion. She relieved my anxiety about a mistake I made that might have compromised my identification information. The doctor and his patients are well-supported by her ethics and professionalism. The quality care and expertise I received throughout the process will positively impact my future. I highly recommend Dr. Undavia.

I had 2 rhinoplasties before meeting Dr. Undavia and the second procedure left me with a large perforated septum that caused constant crusting and dryness. Dr. Undavia was able to repair the perforation, correct my deviated septum, and fix my cosmetic concerns. Overall the surgery was a tremendous success. He was available by email throughout my entire recovery for any question that popped up. He is honest and realistic with what can be achieved. I made a huge mistake going to a general plastic surgeon for a revision rhinoplasty. Please rust your nose and face to a surgeon who specializes in these areas. Dr. Undavia is not only a highly skilled nose and face plastic surgeon, he’s an ENT doctor, meaning he’s concerned about the functional results of your surgery as well as the cosmetic. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

I had a really bad deviated septum and constant problems with my sinuses. After the first visit with Dr Undavia I knew he would be able to fix my nose and get it to be the way I wanted it to be. He ended up taking my bump out of my nose and fixing my whole nose. It's been a month since surgery and I couldn't be happier with the way it came out and its only going to continue to look better. I used to be so insecure about how big my nose was and now I am finally able to show it off and be happy when someone takes a picture of me. The recovery process was a breeze because Dr. Undavia constantly answered my questions when I was worried about something even on his days off. I recommend anyone who is dealing with the same problems I have dealt with to go see him because you won't regret it. My nose looks wonderful, thank you Dr Undavia!

Currently 2-weeks Post-Op for Septoplasy, Septal Perforation Repair, Nasal Polyps Removal, Turbinectomy, and whatever else I'm forgetting. What an amazing doctor. I went to multiple ENTs and he is the only one I felt was confident in his skills as well as patient and understanding with my questions and concerns. Dr.Undavia is a one in a million kind of doctor. Before surgery I came to the appointment with a page of typed out questions which he was happy to answer each one until I was able to understand the details of the procedures, risks and potential outcomes. The first week after sinus surgery was a little rough just due to the fact that I couldn't breathe through my nose and was constantly doing nasal irrigations. Now 2 Weeks after surgery and I'm almost back to my normal self except for a slight stuffiness that has been clearing up with the pass of each day. Would 100% reccomend Dr.Undavia and would highly suggest making an appointment if you are suffering from any nasal problems.… I currently live by the beach in Delaware and make the almost 3 hour drive up to NJ because I truly believe that he is the best.

I saw Dr. Undavia for a partial thyroidectomy. I had full confidence in him and his staff. He is extremely knowledgable and explains everything in detail. My procedure went extremely well and I was back to myself in no time. I would highly recommend him.

He did a surgery for my deviated septum and turbinate reduction, and now I breath much better. I wish did the surgery long time ago.... He cares and welcomes any questions and concerns and did a good job on my case.

Doctor Undavia explained the pros/con of the surgery, he was honest, the staff was professional, the office was clean. I have a musical ear, and after surgery, (nasal) I can now hear the notes between the notes. I highly recommend Dr. Undavia.

I was having difficulty with constant congestion and the inability to breathe through my nose. A colleague had given me Dr. Undavia's name since I was unhappy with the doctor I was currently seeing and his diagnosis and treatment. I made the call to the office to make an appointment. I did not expect to get an one for at least a week but was able to get in that same day! The staff at both the Princeton and Lawrence offices were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Undavia's exam was thorough and complete. He himself is very professional. He took the time to find out what my issues were and discussed the best options of how to resolve them. During the exam, he explained what he was doing and why. He made sure I was comfortable. I ultimately required surgery. Naturally, I was anxious but he managed to quell any fears I had. My recovery has been everything Dr. Undavia said it would be. I am coming up on four weeks post-op and never realized how amazing it is to breathe through your nose!

I am now a month post-op from surgery for my deviated septum, turbinate reduction. Dr. Undavia did an awesome job , I can now breathe free . I would recommend him to anyone !
