"Dr Carlton update, since I started seeing Carlton after my great Doctor John Dozier retired, I have constantly complained about the excruciating pain in my right leg. Not ONCE did he acknowledge my issue. I have a history of pulmonary embolisms, in 2007 I was hospitalized for PE's. The pain in my leg was getting so bad I confronted Carlton about the pain, he told me not to comeback seek medical attention elsewhere. Approximately three weeks later I was having a hard time breathing, disoriented and I felt like I was going to die. I grabbed my Oxy Pulse Meter, my oxygen saturation was 74. Called 911, ambulance came transported me to Seneca Hospital ER, blood clots in my right lung. Emergency helicopter transported to Renown Hospital in Reno, NV. I am home now on blood thinners and oxygen. Carlton cured the pain in my right leg by doing nothing, clots are no longer in my leg, they are now lodged in my right lunmy leg is pain free. Every visit with Dr John Dozier, because of my history of… PE,s would roll up my pants legs, check for swelling and felt my pulse. Two times he was concerned and sent me for further testing, luckily tests were negative, BUT he cared! Also I have a problem with ear infections, a ENT doctor recommended that when I had the felling in my ear that may lead to an infection to let Dr Dozier know and get a prescription, not another infection. Dozier retires off to Carlton, 5 painful ear infections later, had to get the drops from Urgent Care twice and once from the emergency room. AVOID CARLTON LIKE THE EBOLA VIRUS. In Susanville and generally Lassen County it is very hard to find a doctor that is why Carlton is there, his lively hood depends on a captive audience, never ending list of desperate people knocking on his You may like him, you may THINK he is great UNTIL HE IS NOT. Notice, on a visit, how Carlto keeps sneaking at his watch and as 15 minutes nears he will stand up and walk you to the door and ever time ! ask when I should return, the best treatment I ever had from him is that Sammy asked me NOT TO RETURN!!! After my experience with “Dr” Carlton I wouldn’t let him treat my dog! King of frivolous lab test and refers just to rack up insurance payments. If you value your families and your health avoid this quack like the Ebola virus!
