Dr. Samuel Emanuel Koszer, MD

I do not like this doctor at all. He doesn't take his time with you, if you are a patient, he thinks he knows the answer and doesn't do an exam. He takes the easy way out, he makes assumptions before you finish talking (we all know what assumptions do) He doesn't bother to have his staff get info for him, we had to call a medical facility for him while sitting in his office with him - a facility that he sent us too. Don't choose this doctor, bad decision. I am not the patient, just the spouse and this is my view and I, myself, have another neurologist so I compare.

I’ve seen Dr K several x. He DOESN’T seem to understand my feelings that these drugs ARE toxic!! He has made little of my choice THEN at a dinner was Supporting this VERY drug!! Disappointed & VERY confused

He seemed to be on top of things & had me running around town paying for expensive tests for a possible cancerous brain tumor. Funny thing, though... his staff said he'd call me back with the results... it's nearly a week and I'm waiting...

Dr koszer is the best dr I ever went too.

I've been having many issues due to my Psoriatic Arthritis not diagnosed for years. I tried telling my RA Dr of pain in my groin, musc les & fingers /joints. Fluffed me off saying to go to Pain Management. I decided to see Dr Kosner. Am I glad that I did. Proper physical & Dr Kosner "listens ". He checked my issues of pain & sent me to his incredible associate Dr Alexander S. Almost immediately Dr Alexander called me with my results. Carpal tunnel in both my hands & nerve damage. Dr Kosner called me & I told him Dr Alexander S already told me. He was concerned about another issue, my hips. He recommended me to go to a n Orthopaedic Dr ASAP. Brilliant call Dr Kosner. Now it's confirmed I need a hip replacement. Both my hips have osteoarthritis. I contacted my Rheumatoligist & made an appointment. He read the X-ray & report &sent me into the Orthopaedic Dr in his practice. Humira stopped working. If Dr Kosner did not go the distance & think "out of the box", I would have been much… worse off. I highly recommend Dr Kosner for proper Medical care. In this day & age doctors in groups "pass the buck" & Do Not Care & rush in the next person. Dr Kosner is a 10+! An Einstein of Dr's!

I have seen many neurologists for my epilepsy and Dr. Koszer was the ONLY one who tried to find the cause and the medication to prevent more seizures from happening. I first started seeing him in Albany, then he moved to Poughkeepsie, and now Hudson. I have followed him to each location. That's how good he is. I would recommend Dr. Koszer to anyone!

We were concerned about an issue and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was not at all pompous or dismissive, but rather caring and compassionate!

The dr cared nothing about me. if I had it to do over again I would have done somewhere else. he knows nothing about his specialty and pretends to do so. I will be suing him for malpractice. This person has no right putting others health in his hands. I might even sue the state who gave him the license to practice. GO ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH IN THIS MAN'S CARE!
