Misdiagnosis of glaucoma! Was insistent and could not be told he was wrong by follow-up diagnosis of other doctors.

Dr Liu came as a reference for someone who had a successful Lasik with him. That said I had problems healing from my PRK by him. He incorrectly diagnosed me with a Staltzman’s nodule and took me off of prednisone drops too quickly and just put me on antiobiotic drops. He then passed me on to the corneal specialist who passed Me back to Dr Liu. When I got a second opinion elsewhere because my vision in the left eye was getting worse, the corneal specialist took my case. Dr liu is great if your surgery goes well but is absent when there are problems.

My husband and I all go see him. We trust him. Very down to earth. The only thing is kind of far from where we live now. Go there only see this doctor.

I have diabetes and Dr. Liu has been caring for me for 5 years. He is very thorough and caring. I never had to wait for 1-2 hours like with other retinal specialists. His laser treatments on my eyes were very successful and he did catract surgery on my wife. She now does not wear glasses at all! Overall the best eye doctor I have ever had.

Saw Dr. Liu to get my eyes checked. He gave the right diagnosis, the right treatment, and explained it all to me accurately and in a way I could understand. Highly recommended!
