Impossible to get a follow up. Told Dr only has appointments 2 days a week.

Dr. is ok, caring person. Horrible staff attitude!!

Helped me kids. Very caring.

Terrible experience. Treated like a drug seeker and then actually kicked out as a patient because I needed help. How can you do that to someone who is suffering? She was cold and indifferent and entirely dismissive of my needs.

Iv'e had a horrible experience working there. Unfortunately, I was one of the sleep lab techs at Dr Blocks sleep lab. She doesn't want her techs to follow protocols, she wants every Pt to be on CPAP (Mask)on the very 1st visit. We used to get in trouble every night for not putting the Mask on every single pt. In order for her to get more and more business, she even schedules the toddlers(18 months old) for the sleep studies. They don't even have proper Pediatrics sleep study equipment, and they sometimes schedule upto 4 to 5 kids in one night. Please if you love your children, don't bring them to Dr Block's lab. The studies won't be accurate, neither the diagnosis. She's all about filling up the beds every night. They don't believe in the diversity either, you've to look certain way to be treated fair. I got so fedup with the drama and didn't want to be part of it anymore and ended up leaving.

My son was going for a follow up appointment for his sleep study. We have a 45 min drive to this practice through heavy traffic. Essjay was blocked off due to road construction and we had to take a detour through heavy traffic and a one lane road down the other end of Essjay. By the time we got to our building and herded like cattle into the check in corral, we were turned away because we were 15 min late for the appointment. I asked the woman at the desk if they knew that the road was going to be blocked off today. She said yes, and I said, "Didn't you think it would be a good idea to call your patients scheduled for today and let them know about the road being blocked off so they could allow extra time to get here?" I got no response. I know I waited longer than 15 min to be seen for my first appt., it's not like the appts run right on time anyway. I am done with this practice.

Excellent Dr. I would recommend Dr. Block to everyone!

Dr. Block is the type of doctor you imagine went into medicine to actually help people. She is thorough, listens, and takes her time to help you understand. 4 stars does not even do proper justice to rate: bedside manner, spending time and follows up. I have recommended her to others and everyone agrees that she is great! Her office staff is equally as amazing.
