I love Dr. Graceffa, she is kind and really listens to any concerns you may express.

Very personable and helpful in responding to all my questions and concerns.

I selected this practice based on the glowing reviews that I read online and I am disappointed to say that this was not my experience here. The one positive that I can say is that I was seen on time. Other than that, awful appointment. I came here for a second opinion on an issue that I have been having. It is fairly severe and requires that I have IV iron taken now as a result of this condition. I was clear when I met with Dr. Graceffa that I was interested in finding out the CAUSE of this issue (since there is a reason that this just started happening) and felt that I was treated more like a "$" than a patient. She did not suggest ONE test but instead suggested several invasive, expensive, life altering options (hysterectomy, ablation - which is where they burn your uterus closed) birth control pills (find me a dr that doesn't suggest that as a solution to every problem on the planet...) and then told me (no joke) that perhaps I was just "one of the unlucky ones" who hemorrhages… blood clots. There IS a medical reason that my issues are happening and I was disappointed that the immediate "solution" to my issues was proposed to be invasive surgery that will have lifelong effects. I am in my early 40's. A full hysterectomy would likely have more consequences than the issues I am currently dealing with. I did not feel like I was treated like a patient here or my concerns were listened to at all. It's never good to walk out of the doctors office feeling like they were trying to profit off your pain. Also I posted this to Google and magically it doesn't show up. Which explains all the glowing reviews when they aren't allowing any of the negative experiences to show.

Dr Graceffa was fantastic with my 88-y.o. mother. She was kind and friendly and completely put my mother at ease. She won’t see anyone else now!

Dr. Graceffa is extremely patient and really listened to my questions and concerns. I always feel very comfortable when I need to schedule with her. She explains everything thoroughly, and then makes sure I understand what she has explained.

Dr Graceffa is awesome! She is friendly, easy to talk to, calming, kind and very knowledgeable. Dr Graceffa has been my Dr for over 3 years, I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else.
