Dr. Scott Joseph Anzalone, MD

Dr. Anzalone and Nurse Practitioner Paula Fortner have been great as our PCP and his office staff are very efficient.

I have been with doctor for many years and he is very caring and does a great job making sure you get the best care possible. Very down to earth and easy to talk to and understand. He is genuinely concerned about your needs. I would recommend him to anyone. My whole family has him as A PCP. Office staff at times can be slow & snippy but those are rare and anyone can have a bad day. I have been blessed to have him as my doctor

I love Dr Anzalone and Erin!! Very thorough and I am able to get in quickly when needed. Took very good care of my mother thru Alzheimer's - - truly grateful for the good care.

this doctor is a nut job his staff are not professional high school education at best paperwork and prescriptions always jacked up have been going to him for 5 years and has always been a problem will be finding a new doctor

I would recommend Dr. Anzalone to anyone.You don't have to worry about waiting a long time to be seen and when he does come in to see you, he takes his time and does what is needed to be done. He seemss to be very thorough and does his best to find the right diagnosis. He is extremely kind and caring. I love the staff as well!

I had a really bad experience at this doctor's office. The staff was rude and downright mean - even denying us the ability to speak with the doctor after they would not allow my very sick child (who was in the waiting room) to see him. They stated it was because the doctor no longer accepted my insurance even though I said I would pay cash. We had the same insurance as we always had. More than one office staff personell tried to charge us for shot records (about $90.00) and even had the audacity to yell at us on the phone. There was always more pharmacy companies waiting in line than patients and it was disconcerting -wondering if we really needed the prescriptions he said we needed.
