Amazing! Professional yet personable.

Dr. Gorman took the time to listen to my issue and really understand the problem. While the appointment was short, it seemed enough for him to be able to assess and diagnose. I really appreciated how patient he was with my questions and explaining things to me. I’m thankful for doctors like him.

Dr. Goorman injected my back and damaged a nerve that numbed my left foot. When I finally was able to get in to see him he was very arrogant and said he had done tens of thousands of shots and had never had a bad outcome. I would recommend that no ne use this doctor.

Dr. Goorman is a caring and compassionate physician associated with the Tucson Orthopedic Institute. As a physiatrist, he does not do surgery; the bulk of his practice is interventional pain management for spine conditions using injections, epidurals, and other procedures, all done using guided x-ray. He recently gave me a steroid injection in my sacroiliac joint. He explained exactly what he was going to do beforehand, and explained every step of the almost painless procedure while he was doing. By painless, I mean a tiny pinch from the local anesthetic. He and his staff are extremely professional. I think he's great.
