Very poor service. My husband went in for a vesectomy. That day the office lady's told him that he would have to pay 500 dollares. The forgot to call his insurance. It was over looked. Headless to say he didn't get his vesectomy, lost a day a work and lost his co pay. HORRIBLE. DONT GO HERE

Nope, no way, no how. Stay away from this neanderthal. Fred Flintstone had more modern equipment. I don't trust ANY business or professional who doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't use a computer! He expects everybody to be able to read his pathetic chicken scratch!! Get out of the 4th century dude!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!

I had an appointment to see Dr. Horner after rave reviews from his office staff. I waited for over a month to be seen. A week before my appointment his office staff call me and cancel my appointment saying they don't have to take my insurance. I was fine with this, I understand sometimes there are issues. Fast forward a couple of weeks I contact their office to verify I had scheduled to have an injury seen for legal reasons. The office refuses to acknowledge that I had an appointment

From vasectomy consult through the procedure, Doc Horner was professional, polite, and thorough. He let me know what to expect, expertly answered my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process.

My appointment was resceduled twice. When they called to rescedule the third time i cancelled, and will find annother doctor. This guy should get it together

Has an excellent bedside manner and is very down to earth in his manner. Very good at explaining and educating his patients about their diagnosis. Has an excellent background. Has a great sense of humor also.Would recommend this physician without hesitation. Also, allows time for patient questions, which is not often the case with other physicians
