Dr. Scott Logan Brown, MD

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. Every time I call, it's a nightmare. The staff is rude, they act like you're a burden, and they hardly let you speak without interruptions. One morning, I tried to call for an hour, and somebody was picking up the phone and hanging it up. I tried to advise an office person that this was occurring. I was being polite and calm. I just told her I don't like calling in and this is why, and literally in the middle of a sentence she hangs up on me! They are so rude and they don't want to fix it either. Just call in yourself and see how they are on the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr Brown for 15 years. I was first referred to him by a coworker for a situation that required a surgical solution. Dr Brown is a very good listener and is very compassionate. His communication skills and knowledge inspire confidence. The only downside is that his office is understandably very busy, but, when you are seen by Dr Brown, he is totally focused on you and never rushes. He is most highly recommended.

My elderly mom's experience was the worst case of physician negligence I have heard of in many, many years. She was badly cut on both legs after slipping while trying to get up on the examining table during a routine office visit â?? twice before the incident she warned Dr. Brown that she could not boost herself up onto the table. But he insisted that she try even though there was a lower table available in another examining room down the hallway. Nineteen stitches, a bad infection and 9 weeks later, she is still recovering. Dr. Brown's lack of empathy and concern for this elderly patient is inexcusable. He didn't even bother to call my mom the day after her incident to check up on her but, instead, cowardly left that task to a nurse or receptionist. Steer clear of this physician!

Dr. Brown helped my father during his prostate cancer. Now he is cancer free! He is the best Urologist.
