Dr. Musick charges exorbitant prices for bloodwork. Quest runs about 300-400% less. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and requested a parasite test. Dr. Musick advised me he does not offer a parasite test and referred me to Quest. A parasite test is the most important test you have available for diagnosing and curing cancer. According to recent medical studies, it has been estimated that 85% of the North American population has at least one or more parasites living in their bodies. Some authorities feel that the figure is as high as 95%. Parasites feed off our own energy, cells, and nutrition from the foods we eat. Experts claim that we have more parasitic infections than some third world countries and that Africa has less of a problem than we do. Nitazoxanide (NTZ), Fenbendazole, Ivermectin and Metronidazole cure most parasitic infections.

My family’s wonderful physician, another Northwest Health physician, made a simple clerical error and put the wrong fill date on my son’s prescription, a simple counting error that could happen to anyone. It was supposed to have been dated for Thursday, but was actually dated for Sunday. Just as soon as I learned from the pharmacy that this simple clerical error had been made, I contacted the on-call physician’s number and received a return call from Dr. Musick on Friday after 5 pm. I politely explained to Dr. Musick, the week-end on call physician, that an error had been made and that my son needed his prescription filled because he had taken his last pill and would be completely out of medication on Saturday morning. Instead of seeing himself as being a responsible part of a medical team, Dr. Musick chose to lecture me and tell me that patients need to learn to do without their medication over the weekend. Further, he said that patients have to learn how to keep the physician's… office from making clerical errors. When a grade-school basketball player loses control of the ball, another player runs over to dribble it if she can because that is what a team player does. He doesn't watch it roll off the court, say it's not my problem, and that the team will just have to do without because because someone dropped the ball. I find Dr. Musick's behavior odd since grade school children grasp the team concept so easily. I have also noticed that Wal-Mart associates who are paid by the hour understand the team concept quite well. When you ask a Wal-Mart associate where to find an item on your list, they stop what they are doing and offer to walk with you to help you find it. Then after they help you, they ask if there is anything else they can do to help you today. I recall learning in my business ethics class that responsibility and authority must never be separated. If someone has the authority to do a job, then that person must also be held accountable for actually doing the job. Responsibility and accountability must always go together. My guess is that Dr. Musick is an employee paid a salary, does not pay his own liability insurance, and did not learn the meaning of the word team in medical school. He also seems to have never observed a basketball game, shopped at Wal-Mart, or taken business ethics. My son and my family had a miserable week-end because Dr. Musick could not be bothered to do his job. Caveat emptor: Buyer beware.

Doctor Musick does a great job of listening to your concerns and symptoms; orders timely labs and makes you feel comfortable with the conversation. If you are looking for a doctor that practices with the latest knowledge of medicine, look no further!

I have had some serious medical issues for a long time now, but almost every doctor I have seen, has pushed me off, acting like I only wanted meds. I hate taking medications so this couldn't be further from the truth. I just want to feel better so I can give my children the time and attention they need. Dr. Musick listens to me, and does anything he can to help me. I would not see anyone else.

Dr.Musick sterotyped me in the worst way. I wasn't given an opportunity to be questioned or give an explanation. He was always very arrogant in his approach and it just seemed like he went through the motions. He never seemed to really care about what I had going on. As long as he could do the bare minimum for you, then he's good. Never recommend or return.
