Dr. Scott Evan Rinesmith, MD

Never calls back with results, always get answering machine. His office messes up and he fails to apologize but will call out patients anytime they do something wrong. I was told I was having a colonoscopy 3 different times the nurse was looking at the wrong patient chart one and the other ones were cancelled by him and the scheduling person did not know. Seems to be NO COMMUNICATION in this office. Suppose to be helping through this tough process but only impeads progress. Smart man when it comes to medications but very little common sense. Felt like he has minimal understanding about what a patient is going through and other things they have to deal with in life.

Dr. Rinesmith is the most down-to-earth, friendly, positive but realistic doctor whose care I've been under. He explains medical terms and allows me to see his paperwork, which means a lot to me. He also acknowledges my financial position, which gives me options and allows me to partake in my health decisions. And he does it all with a smile! Highly recommended!
