Dr. Sergio Balingit JR., MD

If I could leave ONE STAR, I would. I have been calling and leaving messages all week with no return calls, No one ever answsers the phone. I am cancelling my sleep study and will find someone else.

Dr. Balingit truly cares about his patients. I trust his judgement. He has been caring for my respiratory care for several years now. He monitors my COPD and sleep apnea. I would highly recommend him. He has a large staff and everyone is always so nice.

Waited an hour and still no doctor. Finally left. Typical doctor…his time is more important than yours.

Three appointments with Balingit; one he was a no show after a 45 minute wait (he was even in the office), twice the wait time was 35-45 minutes. So unprofessional. When he suggested follow-up I asked would he agree to be on time. His answer was "NO". Not even "I'll try."

Husband saw the practitioner and was she was so rude and lied about my husband to his face and pretty much told us not to come back because she said that my husband refused to take the test, which he did not. So I will find him another Dr. Office staff is great but the practitioner is not friendly at all.

horrible, the Doctor is glip, takes very little time with understanding and communicating, office does not answer the phone or return messages, long wait times. I really don't have anything positive to say good about Dr. Balingit. I am changing to a better and more knowledgeable Dr. that cares.

I am a new patient of Dr. Balingit. I was able to get an appointment quickly-which was so much appreciated-and the support staff were outstanding making special scheduling accommodations so I could receive treatment quickly. Dr. Balingit provided outstanding care and was caring and compassionate.

I was referred due to a lesion on each of my lungs. I believe it's nothing --- no symptoms and so we are waiting and watching. I like the idea of not jumping into biospies and surgery when they are so small...I've followed up once and there was no change so we will re-check in 9 months. I like that!

Absolutely the worst support staff around. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. They do not support my need in reordering supplies. In particular, Charlene was so unhelpful.
